Yes! We can arrange your flights, airport transfers and accommodation, or if you’re travelling by other means, car hire, ferry and railway tickets!

Generally, it’s always best to provide us with as much notice as possible (most airlines will release their availability around 11 months in advance). However, if you’re looking for help with arranging a last-minute trip, we can still be of assistance - as long as check-in is still open, we can book your flight (and accommodation, too, if required!).

Like many other businesses, we’ve gone digital, so you’ll usually receive your booking confirmation via email.

Yes, we’re available to help you 24/7 should any unexpected complications crop up whilst you’re out on your travels!

Absolutely! Whilst most of the time we will already be aware of any disruptions to flights, we would recommend giving us a call straight away - we’ll prioritise finding you an alternative flight to get you to your destination!

You’ll receive travel alerts via the TripCase app or, if you prefer, a member of our team can keep in touch and provide you with any travel updates via email, telephone, SMS or WhatsApp - whatever works best for you!

Yes, we work closely with a number of suppliers to provide arrangements for airport transfers both in the UK and overseas.

We search the whole market through our GDS and we’re not tied to any specific airlines, meaning we can always seek out the best rates and bring you savings on your flights!

We do all the research into flights, accommodation, and anything else you’ll be needing in order to deliver the best travel packages at the most competitive rates.

We hold rates with our suppliers, so you can rest assured that you’re always receiving the best possible prices (which in some cases can be 50% less than current market rates!).

This will be dependent upon the airlines you are booked to fly with, but our team will be on hand to advise you on check-in times once your booking has been confirmed. For most airlines, you’ll be able to check in online 24 hours before your flight is due to depart, whilst most lower cost airlines will allow check-in around 28 days before your departure date.

Requirements for vaccination vary between countries and are updated quite frequently, so we always advise for you to check with your own GP or the nearest travel clinic for information on any vaccinations you will need before your trip. Please do make sure to allow plenty of time to obtain any vaccinations or boosters you may need before you travel.

Depending on the nationality of the passport you hold and the destination you are travelling to, you may need a visa for your trip. This is something our team can assist you with when you book with us.

You’ll find your booking reference in the top right-hand side of your TripCase confirmation, or on the left-hand side of the document containing your flight information.

Unfortunately, security procedures prevent you from being able to change the name on your ticket for scheduled airlines. However, most low-cost airlines will permit name changes, usually for a small fee.

Yes, most airlines will allow you to select your seat before you fly, although some do charge a small fee for this service. Some airlines will provide this option free of charge, but it will usually depend on the type of fare you have booked. Our team will be able to confirm this either way when booking.

Your luggage allowance will be dependent on the fare you have booked. The standard luggage allowances differ between each airline, and some fares don’t include any luggage at all, so we will need to check this detail for each flight you book.
